Price Protection

Winter cold comes with price increases for heating oil, so plan ahead and save. McKusick Petroluem offers two different Price Protection Plans, the Budget/Price Cap Plan and the Prepay/Fixed Price Plan. Budget/Cap Price

Sign up for our Budget Plan, and enjoy our automatic delivery. Each time we deliver, you'll pay the cash price or the cap price, whichever is lower.

Qualifiers

• Automatic delivery
• Payments are current
• Existing balances must be paid in full before starting budget

Prepay/Fixed Price

Choose our Prepay Plan, and get a guaranteed rate lower than our budget plan in the amount you pre-pay. Automatic delivery is required, and your prepay price is good through May 31st or until your prepayment is used.

Qualifiers

• Automatic delivery
• Minimum purchase 500 gallons
• Price is fixed, regardless of the cash price at time of delivery

Other Conditions

• All price protection programs are offered for a limited time and are subject to change.These programs are for one heating season and expire May 31.
• By choosing this plan, you agree to allow McKusick Petroleum to transfer any remaining credit balance after May 31, 2008 to your regular account. Any credit balance will be returned upon written request after May 31, 2008.
• At the discretion of McKusick Petroleum any invoice 30 days past due, other than heating oils subject to this contract, may be applied against funds held on deposit.
• McKusick Petroleum will secure an amount of Fixed-Price contracts not less than 75% of those gallons sold.
