Q. How do I contact you for emergency service?

Q. My oil tank is leaking! What should I do?

Shut off your furnace! Make sure there are no ignition sources (heaters, electrical sources) that could ignite the leaking oil. Contact us immediately, and we will dispatch someone to assess the leak/spill and provide further assistance.

If you have sopped up any of the fuel, do not dispose of it with household trash.

Q. What should I do if my furnace won't start/run?

Check a few things, first. Is there fuel in the tank? Are there any leaks? Is there power to the furnace? If there are no safety concerns, you may be able to restart the furnace by switching it off and then on, usually with a clearly labeled red switch. Do this only once. If the furnace does not activate, contact us for assistance.
